Our employee vetting process includes an in-person interview, background check, and drug screen before we even start the employee training process. You can rest assured that we have trained, vetted, and insured all of our dog walkers and pet sitters before they get to your door. One of the continuing education classes we provide to our professional staff is pet first aid & CPR.
Beware of national on-demand, app-based dog walking services. They hire independent contractors that are vetted by passing an online test and maybe a web chat or phone call. National chains can't train or control how their independent contractors do their job.
